Fuel Levy — Effective 1 March 2026
Due to the ongoing restrictions and cost of fuel, a fuel levy is required. This is a cost recovery levy and will be reviewed when restrictions and costs change.

Terms & Conditions
- All rates are quoted exclusive of GST. GST of 10% applies to all charges.
- Rates are for wet hire (machine plus operator) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- A minimum hire period of 4 hours applies to all equipment.
- Mobilisation and demobilisation charges may apply depending on site location and are quoted separately.
- Hire time is calculated portal to portal — from the time the machine leaves our yard until it returns, including travel to and from site.
- The client is responsible for providing safe and suitable site access for all equipment.
- Irwin Civil Contractors reserves the right to withdraw equipment from site if conditions are deemed unsafe.
- Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice, on approved accounts. New clients may be required to apply for credit terms.
- A fuel levy will be applied in accordance with the schedule above, based on the average retail diesel price for the billing period.
- Rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Agreed project rates will be honoured for the duration of the engagement.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled start may incur a cancellation fee.
- Irwin Civil Contractors holds current public liability and workers compensation insurance. Certificates of currency available on request.
